GIMMY + DRUID FLUIDS + ROYAL RAT BAGS
GIMMY & DRUID FLUIDS are heading out on a five date national co-headline tour with support from Royal Ratbags.
Kicking off in the Northern Rivers at the Bangalow A&I Hall celebrating the launch of GIMMY’s new 7 track EP Labour Of Love followed by a DRUID FLUIDS hometown show in Adelaide, with Melbourne , Sydney and Newcastle to follow suit.
GIMMY’s Labour of Love EP , the follow up release to her 2024 debut album Things Look Different Now, is a blended yet mixed bag of indie post-punk, with folk rooted songwriting at the core of it. The intensity and the unpredictable chaos of GIMMY’s live performance is the band’s commitment to authenticity.
This is the last chance to catch GIMMY before they head off to Europe/ UK on an extensive 21 date tour.
DRUID FLUIDS
Druid Fluids are an Adelaide-based psychedelic project led by songwriter and producer Jamie Andrew.
Blending psychedelic rock textures, classic progressive pop, jazz and experimental production, their songs evoke a depth of emotion that is
expressed but often not explained. They paint with colours reminiscent of Lennon and Floyd but the sum of these parts is fresh and compelling.
Their catalogue of original material, honours and evokes the most powerful tones of pop and rock song writing.
In live settings, Druid Fluids expand into a hypnotic visual and sonic experience, translating intricate studio work into transportive performances.
ROYAL RATBAGS
Hailing from the back blocks of Mullumbimby ( Northern Rivers) Royal Ratbags aka The Rats are a five piece 80’s influenced all female post punk outfit.
From the very first note of their super debut single Supermarket Woman, the industry has stood up and taken notice. Featured on RAGE , Triple J’s unearthed and a plethora of community radio stations across the country, the Australian music industry is celebrating the arrival of a new fem powered punk force ….and that is Royal Ratbags.

DAMN WILLIAMS + DIPPERS + TOM LYNGCOLN
Damn Williams plays "Art-rock with teeth", channeling the bravado and theatricality of Scott Walker and 70’s Bowie through the raw immediacy of 90’s alternative bands like Guided By Voices and The Magnetic Fields, creating a dissonant sonic landscape that enriches its multifaceted narratives that introspectively explore abstract complexities of Australian life and nostalgia. What began as a solo project of former Tiger Choir frontman and bass player from Baglicker and Pretty in Pink, Elliot Taylor has evolved into a four piece family band featuring Olmer Bollinger (Baglicker), James Campbell (Tantrums, Ern Malley) and Lauren Mason (Pretty in Pink, Babysitter). The songs on their upcoming debut album, Dog Summer, were written and and arranged on Wurundjeri land over a four-year span and recorded at Head Gap studio, infusing each track with a sense of place and time, inviting listeners to journey through a tapestry of sound and story.
Join the band, along with special guests Dippers and Tom Lyncoln to celebrate the release of Dog Summer on March 29th 2026 at The Old Bar, Fitzroy.

BETTER THAN SEX + THE CORDUROYS + BOOTS MEDICINE & THE GHOST OF CRIPES
Based in Melbourne Australia, Better Than Sex is a band which tries to capture the mutual feeling of existential dread and fear of eternal damnation which haunts the collective unconscious of all 21st century sicko’s, let's not kid ourselves here, that's likely you.
But with music like this it really wont bother you that by the time you have access to your superannuation most of the world will have likely been torn asunder in the great water wars
So put on your straight jacket and turn up the radio because modernity is a mental illness and we’ve got the cure
The Corduroys
The Corduroys are a Melbourne-based ensemble that seamlessly blends infectious pop melodies with the rhythmic grooves of funk and the sophisticated harmonies of modern jazz. What began as a high-energy cover band has evolved into a formidable force, now captivating audiences with original compositions that pulse with creativity and passion. Fronting the ensemble is a vocalist whose talent is nothing short of extraordinary. With a voice that effortlessly transitions from sultry lows to soaring highs, they captivate audiences with every note... The Corduroy’s stage presence is magnetic, drawing listeners into a world where every song feels deeply personal and universally resonant. Together, they create a sonic tapestry that’s both polished and spontaneous, ensuring every performance is a fresh and exhilarating experience. Whether performing a beloved classic or debuting a new composition, The Corduroys bring the same level of energy, passion, and authenticity to every stage they grace.
'Boots Medicine and the Ghost of Cripes'
are a two-piece band from the thriving arts district in the Dandenong Ranges.
Their sound comes worn-in, like a familiar stranger, built on gritty grooves, crackling guitar tones, and restless melodies; haunting and stomping on the line between ghastly rhythm and blues, and medicinal psych.
FREE ENTRY ARVO SHOW w/ NIGHT RITES + ARROWS OF DESIRE
SATURDAY 11 APRIL
The Old Bar
w/ Arrows Of Desire
(Matinee show - 4pm till 6pm)
Emerging from the kaleidoscopic corners of Australia’s underground psych-rock scene, Night Rites have carved out a reputation for conjuring sonic landscapes that feel like they were pressed under a peyote sun somewhere in the trashcan end of the Mojave.
Fueled by cavernous reverb and cosmic fuzz, Night Rites channel a sound that is equal parts introspective journey and electric ritual. Their music pulls threads from The Velvet Underground, Spacemen 3, Dead Skeletons and the deeper currents of fried-out basement psych, weaving it all into something thunderously hypnotic and emotionally raw.
Onstage and on record, Night Rites operate like a sonic tarot reading—looping riffs, droning Synths and Organs, reverse-flood rhythms and reverb-drenched mantras that drag listeners through the liminal space between dream and disillusionment. Vocals flare like ghost signals from a haunted kiln; guitars bend and shimmer as if warping under astral pressure. One moment you’re floating in some shimmering light-tunnel, the next you’re knee-deep in skronk-bog sludge chanting like a cultist at a Dead Moon séance.
Since their earliest shows — where basement kids blinked Morse code through feedback haze back in ’20 — Night Rites have bottled a prickly, glass-chewing energy that fans swear feels equal parts ritual, hallucination and communion.
The fire is lit. The night is long. Night Rites are here to drag you deeper.
Co-Headline show with Arrows Of Desire
Proudly supported by Far Out Distant Sounds & Going Steady Music

Bongcleaner – Stoner doom with a strong dose of weed humour. Just groovy, hooky heavy riffs.
Mind Rot - fresh on the scene, but expect intense heavy sludgy noise from the tar pits of Hades.

BILLY PUNTTON & THE MENTAL HEALTH PLAN(nsw)
TLDR: It's ADHD Powered folk-punk-rock with big angry sad songs that you will like.
Billy Puntton & The Mental Health Plan are a gang of chewed up nurodiver-djent punk rock-o-diles with a mean guitar bites that will puncture your heart. They’ll scream lyrics that’ll death roll you into an honest conversation with yourself and the black dog you call anxiety is about to be sent to a farm up the coast by 4 shredwater dinosaurs, hell bent on delivering the angst of a 100 year old MyChem fan, strawberry flavored harmonies and prehistoric power chords for riffs the size of a bus.
Musical influence is a healthy mix of skate punk, pop punk and folk punk including The Decline, AJJ, Days N' Daze, Pat The Bunny, Local Resident Failure and obviously, heaps more, but we're too embarrassed to say.
With their debut album 'K10' out in the world and some new singles on the way, this is a dose of realism and high energy punk that they think the people need.
