“There Is No Difference Between Shepard’s and Picasso” is an upcoming solo exhibition by artist Sşş. Opening night March 1 and running until March 14.

 Narrative works - synthesis of Romana, theatric, Religious poetics

 Sşş is a Naarm based neo-modernist specialising in experimental short film and sculpture.

- Informed by histories of film, theatre, fine art and personal cultural experiences.

- Outlets of practice concerned with restructuring body, language, movement.

- Works often reference through bootleg and embrace absurdity, poetics and theatrics.

 Joining  Sşş on opening night are bands Udder Ubductees and SNUB!

 Doors at 7pm

$15 entry fee
Must be double vaccinated for entry

 This event is sponsored by our friends and supporters of the arts, Bodriggy Brewing company and Yarra City Arts. The exhibition will be open 3pm – 8pm every day until until March 14.

 The Old Bar Gallery acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which The Old Bar resides. The gallery pays its respect to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledges that sovereignty has never been ceded.
