“AAAAH!” An exhibition by Julia Pratt & Adriana Artmeier.

  • The Old Bar 74-76 Johnston Street Fitzroy, VIC, 3065 Australia (map)

“AAAAH!” is a collective exhibition presented by melbourne artists Julia Pratt & Adriana Artmeier.

The work explores struggles with mental health from depression & anxiety to heightened emotions like panic, excitement, awe or shock.

Planning for this exhibition started during the last long Lockdown here in Melbourne which emphasised how drastically mental health can change, decline and mental illness can develop. Lastly, it inspired Adriana & Julia to work through these issues with a series of paintings.

Joining Julia and Adriana on opening night are rock/blues/punk band The Cap Gun Kills and punk rockers Too Far Gone.

 Doors at 7pm

Bands from 8:30
$15 entry fee to support local musicians

This event is sponsored by our friends and supporters of the arts, @Bodriggy Brewing company. The exhibition will be open 3pm – 8pm every day until August 29.
