In honour of the friendship and love that has grown through Naarms pulsing creative music scene, Emma Volard and Evening News have decided to team up to perform a unique, small show at the Old Bar. opening with an all star jam combining the two bands, this show is a once off event that will keep you warm when its cold <3

Evening News is the new moniker of the instrumental dance/ electronica group formerly known as Beatnik Collective. 

As band members have changed so has the music and the name. Previously, they've been known for collaborations with Sam Gendel, playlisting on Bandcamp Weekly and Worldwide FM.

Coming up playing alongside Zeitgeist Freedom Energy Exchange and Horatio Luna the sound is familiar yet unique. The new era is complete with the house and electronica infused grooves that you know and love but now with more expansive influences ranging from Jungle 2 step garage and beyond.
