AEONS ABYSS:

The roots of Aeons Abyss go back decades to a band of high school friends from Country Victoria who played music inspired by the Death Thrash metal legends of the late 80s and early 90s.

After many years in hiatus, founding members Steve and Paul reconnected in 2017 to enter the modern death thrash metal scene, forming Aeons Abyss. Original songs from the 90s were rediscovered and recorded with the band releasing debut (EP) Pity Eloquence, and then Impenitent (LP) in 2019.

The band's sophomore release, Terror Manifest (2021) received fan acclaim, and tells the story of The Fool through a chance Tarot reading.

In 2021 the band became a 5-piece live performing outfit and is currently seeking to play shows within Australia, with an ambition to ultimately perform internationally.

New music is planned for mid 2023 - a 5-track EP
