Steel Wheels are set to launch their brand new track Cecila due for release Friday 12th of September through all streaming platforms.

A longstanding live favourite, "Cecillia" is the latest (and greatest) evidence of Steel Wheels' soulful barroom country-rock. 

Despite quite a simple refrain in "Cecillia/I can feel ya," there's a nagging melancholy here that makes this rumpled, ringing ballad the perfect bookend to 2021's triumphant kissoff "Alexander." 

As warm swathes of backing vocals, keys, and sax swell up together at the end, the locked-in seven-piece hits upon another satisfying emotional culmination.
